Greets!

I have a Toshiba DK40 that is apparently prefixing 1010288 on CO 3,4,5,6. This is bad as it making the phone bill go crazy. Where in the programming can I kill this? I managed to find a programming manual online but I have no idea what program # will help me complete my goal of stopping the phone system from prefixing.

Anyone able to steer me in a direction?

Thanks,

Ben

I attached the programming guide I found.

Thanks

Probably "Program 55-1 and 2 – Add Digits Before and/or After the Dialed Number", part of Least-Cost-Routing. Might want to read up on all of Chapter 5 before making any changes.
