I have a customer that has a few problems:

1. The customer wants when a caller dials an ext from the voicemail to ring at another ext first so they can eanswer the phone call. But if someone internally transfers a call, or dials that ext, they want the ext to ring?

2. The customer wants a single digit thru the voicemail to go to an ext, but when that ext is busy, to go to another ext?

Can anyone help?

I don't completely understand the way the question is written, but why not set up a hunt group so if one station is busy or not answered (or one or the other) it transfers to the next phone on the list?
