We re-installed a Toshiba DK56, programmed phones to be restricted from dialing 1-900 numbers, and now we cannot use the * nor # Keys. It says "Access Denied".

Has anyone got a solution for us ,

Thanks

MAKE SURE THAT RDL AND SDS BUTTONS ARE PROGRAMMED ON YOUR PHONES IN PROGRAM 39 TO ACTIVATE THE *AND # BUTTON.

GOOD LUCK

Try pressing "*" and then "#" after you connect the phone call. Then when you need to use the *, or # try it then. Some of the old toshibas this will for the duration of the call, fix the issue.

You simply need to program 1 system speed dial.
