Toshiba CTX670

For a company of about 150 users, w/o a call center, why would the Toshiba CTX670 not be a good choice? The recommended system is the Avaya Prologix.

Useually you will find that the consultant you are getting the recomendation from has pretty close ties and opionions about whatever they recommend (or a cut of the sales).
it unfortunately becomes your responsibility to go looking for alternate phone systems with multiple vendors. Look at the features that you would get from each vendor, have them explaine what each feature actually is since many of the features on different systems go by the same name. make sure that whatever system you are looking at has at least 50% expansion from what you start from. the list goes on for a while. look at thread461-304793 for a fairly good discussion on some different phone systems.
