I have a Toshiba CTX100 that has been having all of the channels of the T1 going into lockout occasionally. The Telco has checked the span several times and can't find any issues. It is running clean with no slips or errors. Since the Toshiba doesn't have very good event recording, we are at a loss to explain why the channels are locking up. We even went to the trouble of temporarily putting a Mitel 3300 controller in at the site and running the T1 into the 3300 and routing calls back out on another T1 slot, so we could see what was happening when the channels locked up. The 3300 saw no troubles from the C.O. side of the connection, but it saw the "inward" side of the connection(the Toshiba) with all channels busy. It reset the T1 span and everything went idle. The software version of the Toshiba is AR3.10 MK043.00.
One other thing; this installation does not have a CSU.
