Toshiba CTX100 Fwd Busy/NoAns programming

I have been in the industry for quiet a few years working with various systems but have never touched a Toshiba CTX100. A customer wants fwd busy/noanswer changed on several extns, I cannot find where it has been done in programming, and it cannot be overidden using the phones forwarding. It has ISDN with indial, there is nothing in the DID section for forwarding.

Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated.
