I can't seem to add my Toshiba 310c Copier/Printer with Fiery print server to my machine running Windows 2000 w/SP4. However, if I connect it up to an XP Pro machine, I have no problem. Any idea what services are missing or need to be installed on the 2K machine in order for this to work?

I am running everything through a hub. I can ping the IP of the Fiery server, so I know there is connectivity. I can see the Fiery server name "TOSH310c" in the list of computers when I go through the "Add Printer" wizard, but the printer itself doesn't show up.

Sounds like you can't add it as a network printer. I would instead try adding it as a local printer with a standard TCP/IP printing port type. In addition to the IP address, you will need to know if the Toshiba's port type is the standard port 9100 or if it uses LPR. If it is LPR, you will also need to know the proper name of the LPR queue.

Hope this helps.
