Is it possible to use Topspeed Clarion databases with any VB version? If so where can i get hold of the relevant jet engine drivers and/or whatever else i would need.<br>

You can probably use an ODBC third party driver if Topspeed Clarion doesn't have one of their own. ODBC is how VB works with databases that it does not have native drivers for.
