It does not seem possible to place a TopN on a crosstab table or graph - is this true?

Not intuitive, but possible...

Select the CrossTab by clicking on the empty top-left cell.
Then, use the Report, TopN/Sort Group Expert
Poor user interface, but it works.

Ido, thanks for your help.
I did try this but it's not working for my situation.
Would anyone be able to help with a formula that would calculate the top 10 agents in a crosstab graph?
I'm using Crystal 9 and field definition files.
My cross-tab shows lost calls for each media, against agent name (showing only the top 10).

What exactly was not working in the TopN for you?
Note: you can't use the "All" option in the dialog. You must select the TopN option and you must start by selecting the CrossTab (as mentioned above).

Also, you can't TopN the columns, only the rows.

I can't find Report, "TopN/Sort Group Expert" in Crystal Reports 10.
Can someone tell me where it is?

Starting in v9 it is called the "Group Sort Expert".
