Topaz programming by PCpro serial port

I have installed a topaz through pc pro on serial port but,
the connection gets drop within 10 mins...?

moreover no cli display on KTS of trunks we have DTMF trunks having 1 to 2 sec. delay of CLI...
Pls guide...
