Top Ten names with best scores

I have a table with names and test scores for several years:

Name Year Score
AAA 2005 750
AAA 2010 730
BBB 2009 320
CCC 2011 650
....
....
....
I want the top ten (name, year, score), but AAA who would be among the top ten twice - because scores 730 and 750 would be among the top ten - should be mentioned only once.
How to do with SQL? Thanks for any help.
