How or what tool can i use to find the top talker on a network? We have cisco works and i have installed ethereal network protocol analyzer but do not know how to use either of them.

I would start with reading up on the Ethereal documentation available from their homepage. You can also find good tutorials at most book stores.

Cisco has a very in depth knowledge base of documentation available on their website regarding cisco works.
