I am creating a report that I need to have sort on the final column that is a calculation of Percent change in sales each year. The Top N sort will only work on Summary fields. How can I make Crystal use my formula column as a sort option.
The Sort Order Button doesn't work in this case because I have the report grouped by salesperson. I have a column showing his sales for last year and a column showing his sales for this year. The final column is a formula that calculates the %Change in his sales. I need to group by salesperson to summarize his sales figures then I need to sort by the formula so that management sees the top performers at the beginning of the report. The Top N option won't let me sort on the % formula.

Sounds like those calculations are not too involved. If they doable in the SQL, you will be able to use GROUP BY and ORDER BY in the SQL to solve the problem.
