Top N and Bottom N for 12 weeks worth of data

I am using Crystal Reports 9. I am required to create a chart that calculates the total number of tickets for a 12 week period by severity. I was able to do that just fine. The next task I have to do is from that list create another chart that shows only the top 1 and the bottom 1 for each 12 weeks worth of data...that I'm having trouble with. Can anyone assist with this problem?
