Top menu and all toolbar missing in MS Word

Hi there,

All the sudden, when I open MS Word(office 2000), there is no menu and toolbar at the top, only a white window there. I try to repair and re-install Office 2000, nothing change.

Anyone know how can I get the top menu and toolbar back ?
