I run photoshop 7 and every picture I open up I have this #1 and a symbol in the upper left hand corner of the picture. How do I make this go away.

Sometimes the Answer You Are LOOKING for can be FOUND BY SEARCHING THE FAQ'S @&%$*#!!!

If you are interested to know what it is, it is part of slicing. To disable it, hide slice in one of the top menu i forget which.
