Top End in Cross Tab?

Hi,

BW Query and CR 2008

I have a cross tab. Summarized by

type, region, sub region, country and then detail. columns are time periods. How can i return only the top 5 results?

Per what?

You can select the crosstab and then go to report->group sort->topN and use it the usual way--per row field or for one particular row. You will only be able to sort on the total column, however.

sorry I didn't give all of the specs, i need the top 5 for the last week of the weeks displayed. not for the total of the complete 26 weeks displayed.

I think tho, you answerned that it can only be done on the total column and not a sub total column.
