Top 10 Formatting 1

Hi There

Can you help me with a solution that will highlight my complete row when using the Top 10 conditional formatting in Excel 2007.

Currently it only highlights the cells in the column the top 10 is being based on.

Thank you in advance,
 
Why don't you select the rows, then do Conditional Formatting with a formula to decide formatting, like:

=RANK($B2,$B$2:$B$16)<=10
... replacing the B2 and B2:B16 with the relevant ranges for your data.
