Nov 8, 2010 1 #2 GlennUK MIS Apr 8, 2002 2,937 GB Why don't you select the rows, then do Conditional Formatting with a formula to decide formatting, like: Code: =RANK($B2,$B$2:$B$16)<=10 ... replacing the B2 and B2:B16 with the relevant ranges for your data.
