Tooltip-Balloon Style, with Microsoft SDK for Java 4.0

I've been trying to create a tool tip in "balloon" style, using Microsoft SDK for Java 4.0 and, of course, winapi. The small same samlpe wich I've made in VB 6 is working fine, but in JAVA I didn't have succes at all. The window is apearing, but not in Balloon's shape...

Any suggestions?
