Howdy All . . .

I have a dual monitor system which shows an XL 2003 userform on one monitor and the tooltip for a command button on that form, on the other monitor.

How do I get the tooltip & command button married again?

See Ya! . . . . . .

I've had similar problems in the past with VBA User Forms and VB6 Forms. In VBA User Forms all Controls are affected (albiet only tested up to Office 2007), in VB6 Forms only Controls lacking an hwnd property are affected.
In vb6 the problem can be overcome by implementing API based multi-line ToolTips; I have not tried doing that for VBA User Forms; maybe someone else has?
