I get a messgag on SCO Unixware 7.1.1 when I boot up[ that says Messgae! and it only gives me the chance to click OK. Then when I click that it logs me out and I have to log back in . Then when I click on the desktop icons it says: "Error: A tooltalk connection could not be established." Does anyone know why this is happening.

Let me guess, this is a new install, right? I have experienced this on several occassions, and it is generally tied to the bindings of the Network Card. You will need to log into the desktop as root, open a terminal window, and type "Network Configuration Manager". This will lauch the SCOAdmin into the netword card setup utility. Make sure TCP/IP and IPX/SPX (if you are using NetWare) are bound to the card properly, and you have valid IP addresses. Attempt to ping several machines on your network, then reboot and log in as a user and everything should work fine.
