toolbars in Access 2000

I hid my toolbars on one particular database using the View-options menu, now i want them back but the view menu isn't available because I hid it.

Hold down shift when starting the application.

Hi.

If that doesn't work, maybe create a new blank database, and import all of the objects from the old database!
Check your references, set your startup params and off you go.
