toolbars for ie6 have dissapeared.

For some reason, all of my toolbars have dissapeared in my ie6. I don't even have an address bar. Does anyone know how to get them back? I can't even access the normal (File....) toolbar to get them back.

View -> Toolbar -> and see if the choices are checked or not... I have not failed; I merely found 100,000 different ways of not succeding...
