Hi all,

I've created a template using form fields where the user enters/selects information. A custom toolbar is attached to this template - it has one button called 'Send' that writes the information the user enters out to a file.

When the user opens this template the only toolbar I want the user to see is this custom toolbar. I would also like the only menu option to be File->Close and File->Exit.

Is there a way to disable all toolbars and manipulate the menubar to only show certain items when this template is opened?

Thanks.

Hi a75537,

Create an AutoOpen (or AutoNew) macro in he template and do whatever you want when a document is opened (or a new document is created) using your template.

I presume you know how to manipulate the toolbars and just want to know where to put the code - if not and you need more please post back.

Enjoy,
Tony
