ToolBar2000 MDI Menu problem

How can I insert the MDI child menu into the parent menu with the toolbar2000?

1. This should be asked/discussed on the ToolBar2000 newsgroup(s)
2. Currently it's only possible by tweaking the TB2K source of heavy mods in your own source. It's not officially supported (yet?)
