Good evening all,
I have been away from a work terminal for some time and have came back to find an installed toolbar (View>Toolbars). Though i can turn the toolbar off, it is affecting other parts of the system- keeps asking if i wish to connect to the internet. Im sure this toolbar is the reason why. How do i delete this toolbar from the system?

(Windows 2000 Pro)

Thanks guys

If you can't uninstall through add/remove programs, do a google search for the name of the toolbar, or use spybot to scan for it and kill it. Its likely spyware. You can find it on google as well.

i have ran ad aware and have removed all it found?

Try spybot, spybot is updateable, so it can find the latest in spyware.
