On the Start Bar On XP everytime I start the system up The Languae bar is started, I turn it off, yet it keeps on coming back... Any Ideas?

If no luck with the above article perhaps running the System File Checking program might help.

Type Sfc /Scannow in the Start Run box.

Or....
Right click on the language toolbar, choose settings, choose the language bar button in the bottom left corner, then uncheck the show language bar on desktop box. That will keep it from comming back.
