Toolbar not showing in add in XLA

I have some code that is executed from buttons in a toolbar for excel. When I created the XLA and emailed it to my coworkers, the buttons and the toolbar are not showing up in the addin. Although the add in is there. Any answers?
The code can not be executed without the buttons and I don't know why the toolbar is not able to be selected from the addin.

You need to create the toolbar programmatically. If you have manually created it then it's not going to work. Take a look at J-Walks site (

http://www.j-walk.com)

for a simple example on how to create menus and toolbars.
