Toolbar in 2006

Help, just got used to 2005 (of sorts) now 2006 is here, I'm using 2006 ADT, but can't work out how to do text. In 2005 i modified my toolbar using customising, under the draw command i was able to drag & drop both multi & single line icons onto my existing toolbar. In 2006 I can see these icons ... pls help

Can't you just right click on any icon and then customize?
