Toolbar help (lastrecord)

Hi there-
I was trying to program a toolbar and noticed that Paradox9 has a "MenuRecordLocateNext" command for the toolbar, but they don't have a "MenuRecordLocateLast" command. Any ideas on how I can invoke such a procedure or any idea why it's not there? Thanks!

Alex,

The constant you mentioned triggers the Locate Next Match menu command. Are you looking for a constant that jumps to the last record in a view or one that tries to locate the last matching occurance after a successful locate?

If you're looking to create something like a VCR navigation toolbar, then you want MenuRecordLast.

If you're looking to search "backward" through a table, then things get tricker, for Paradox doesn't provide a convenient way to do that except with ObjectPAL. There are a couple of techniques you can use if this is what you're looking for. Let me know of you need them.
