I have a bunch of applications that use the same custom report toolbar. The problem I have is that when a report is in preview mode, the toolbar is basically centered rather than docked to the left where I want it. All other toolbars have been hidden so this looks rather peculiar. Is there a way to force the toolbar to dock left?

Thanks,

JW

You need to play about in Properties of the Toolbar and position the Toolbar where you want it to appear and the Disallow Moving. In the Toolbars form that opens the start of Toolbars, remove the tick against your toolbar and set in the report Property page for it to appear at report time only

Thank you very much for the clue. That's exactly what I ended up doing. I made the toolbar visible, then moved it all the way to the left. After that I found my way to its properties and deselected the "Allow Moving" check box as well as setting the Docking drop-down to "Can't Move." The next execution of the application had the toolbar right where I want it.

Thanks again.
