Toolbar Button to Toggle Proxy on/off

Hi,

Does any one know of a way to get a button on the IE toolbar that can enable/disable the check box for the proxy server setting in the options dialogue?

Have tried using a registry *.reg file but IE only picks up the change if you restart it or if you click the check box to change the value.

Use firefox ;-) Then download the proxy toolbar extension!
