Tool to synchronize date in all directions 1

Hi folks!
I need advice, I'm looking for a tool that can copy files from one server to other by WAN in vpn tunnel in all directions and it only copy files newer than existing. I know tool for MS it's robocop but is ther something like that for netware?

rsync demon would be my preferred as it's delta sync
toolbox could do it
ncopy
netware copy

Thanks Terry for your reply, I find rsync it's great tool I didn't know it, I know toolbox but it isn't smart enough and i have one big problem I can't use rsync because I have the worest version of netware it's 5.0 but rsync is realy cool and I will use it on SUSE.

rsync works on 5 ( i think)

i always liked 5 -

5.1 sucked
you dont have to install the rsync from install
you can download it - there is a cool solution doc on it somewhere - that is excellent
aslo one from a guy syncing his windows desktop to a server somewhere
