Tool to remove some programs from add or remove/programes

I have used the Add/Remove programs to remove a spyware program but no success even after running microsoft spyware and other spyware applications
Any idea of a tool that can remove the program named weather tool from the add/remove program

Powertoys has an applet for letting you remove entries from the add/remove programs list. It won't uninstall the program, but it will remove it from the list.

If you have a particularly tenacious piece of spyware that you can't get uninstalled or deleted, I would recommend that you check the Virus/Spyware Discussion forum on this site. They can probably help you.
