Tool to examine Event log

I need to find out who moved an ou in our organisation. Security auditing is enabled but I don't want to wade through every single log in security to find this out. Anyone know of a good tool or utility I can use to search through event viewer.

Logparser is the best. Use it to search by day or eventid or even the strings in the description.
