tool to display what an asp form is made up of.

I have a asp.net form (based on a starter kit) that seems to take a lot longer than all the others. It looks like it is downloading about 1 mb to create the form.

Are there any tools that monitor what items are being download to make the web page? Or what other ways are there to see what is being downloaded to make the page!
