Tool/Script-- Create PDFs & XML from MS SQL for InDesign import

Hi,

I need a way to create PDFs & an XML document which references the PDFs for text flow import into InDesign. I have a MS SQL EXPRESS database with a text field & category field. I'd like to run a sql query, convert each recordSet row into a PDF, and create a XML document which references each one alpha. according to category. Then I want to import the XML into InDesign, to flow it into a page.

Is there a script/tool that can do this?
