I'm fairly new to Paint Shop Pro. Several months ago I used the crop tool and I remember once I clicked on the crop tool, I got a Tool Option Palette. I easily and quickly cropped my photos. Tonight I tried to crop and it's as if the Tool Option Palette disappeared! I've read my User Guide and can't seem to determine the problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

What version of Paint Shop Pro are you using?

I have PSP 9 at home, so I'll have a look when I get back. My guess is there'll be a "View" menu that allows you to switch the palette on and off.

I find the quickest way to crop images is to use the selection tools to select the bit I want, then "crop to selection" - Shift-R on the keyboard - to do the deed. I don't think I've ever used the crop tool!

That's what I've used in the past. I would go to the pulldown menu and select "crop to selection." It's not highlighted so I can't select it. I may have accidently hidden the palette tool. I look forward to your reply. Thanks.
