Tool for sorting Inbox

I once had a small tool that could help sorting the Inbox. Based on key words and history it could make intelligent choises for moving mails to the right folder.

Anyone who knows that tool? Or maybe other tool that can help

What you are talking about sounds like built in Notes functionality.

In your inbox, click Tools > Mail Rules

Create mail rules to sort your messages into the correct folders.
