tool for pushing content from a web page to email

Not sure if this is the correct forum, but I have a web site that does not offer daily emails on their content. I want to have the page content pushed to my email account. Is there a tool that I can automatically have the content of a web page be sent to my Inbox? not as a link, but the body? it is a column that is updated on weekdays.

If this is not the right forum, can someone redirect me?
