Tool for Developing for Win32 and WinCE

Hi,

We need to develop app that must run on Win32 PC as also on WinCE devices.

The app must have the same functionality in both platform.

We want to keep just one source code to derive the executable for both platforms.

Is there a tool to acomplish thiS?
