I have Define a Toolbar,, here is problum that i am faceing, The Pictuer on the Toolbar Button are big, (It is icon file that i am disply on ToolBar," thats why the Toolbar is more Big, and not looking good.
i am useing command.

BTNHello.Picture = "Hello.ICO"

anybody tell me how can i resize the pictuer of it?
or the Mathord that i am useing are not currect.
please Reply me your Good Comments and Suggestion.

You need to use a 16 x 16 pixel image on the command button.

There are a number of freeware icon extractors on the net which will extract icons from executables, dlls etc and save/convert them to different formats.
