Tool bar missing 1

From the menu select "Window" and click on "Show Tools".

I appreciate the help, however the Show Tools option is on and all I have is the main tool bar that usually sits on the left side of the screen. The one I'm trying to find has icons for things such as opening the spell checker, exporting a .pdf and a lot of other things. I know that all of those are available other ways, but that tool bar was awfully handy.

The tool bar is restored by going to:
Utilities menu > Plug-Ins > Show/hide toolbar
