Took menus away from Startup, can't get them back 1

I went to startup and took away the display database window, and the full menus and default shortcut menus.
Now I can't get them to come back because when I open the dbase, they don't appear.
Is there some sort of hot key to have these pop backup?

Hold down the Shift key when you open the database.
Try the F11 key when the database is open.
