too much Registry Accesses

I have seen with Procmon.exe, that my application has many accesses to the registry like this:
RegQueryValue, HKCU\Control Panel\International\sDate, SUCCESS and
RegQueryValue, HKCU\Control Panel\International\sDecimal, SUCCESS

This happens 1380 times, when i open a data windows.

Can someone told me, what this means and what can i do, to avoid this.
