Too many users logged on.

I have a license for 5 concurrent users. There is only one person logged on (me), but metrics in cmc show 6 are logged on. Refreshing doesn't change the statistics. How do I correct this?

Sometimes a subreport imbedded into report can kick off a separate thread.

Try stopping and starting the service to kick off the orphan threads.

You have to destroy the report objects after each session or they will still hold the license open, I have a cleanup.asp page that does it if you need it, you can find it on bo's site too.

If more than 1 goose are geese, why aren't more than 1 moose meese??
