Too many users error

I have a IP Office 406 DS 3.1 (56). I am running vm PRO. I have one user that cant access vm. Every time she calls into vm she gets a message that says "there are too many users". Can anyone help? Is there a limit to the amount of users i can have?

the msy you are getting is "cannot access mailbox due to multiple logins" this is usual caused by accidently placeing the VM on hold.
it will usual cure itself after about 10-30 min when the VM calls back the user.
alternativly you can use Call status & phone Manager to steal the call.
sometimes it is necesary to restart the VM server
