I have a user trying to send out an email in Outlook Express, Windows 2000 Pro and is getting a strange error message. Strange because there aren't in my opinion that many addresses. My guess is he has 10 in the "TO" field and 25 in the "CC" field. When he attempts to send, he gets the following error message:
The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was 'john.doe@doe.be'. Subject 'Product Line Manager - Lawnmower Blades', Account: 'Ken's email', Server: 'smtp.silverstreak.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '452 4.5.3 Too many recipients', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 452, Error Number: 0x800CCC79
Is this an Outlook Express problem, or a problem with my provider? Can anyone help?
