Too many processes 1

I have a new SCO Openserver 5.6 system which is continually comeing up with the message - fork failed too many processes.

How can I fix this?

Any help would be appreciated

Apparently you have something generating too many processes. When does this happen? What does "ps -e" show? Tony Lawrence
