Too many passwords

Has anyone seen "too many passwords" before? It occurs after a user has been moving around in Paradox table records for a while. It appears when trying to search for or move to another record.

Paradox 7.0 running on an Windows NT server with Windows XP workstations (Professional) with the compatibility mode on the workstations set to Windows NT 4.0 (Service Pack 5).

I'm suspecting the pdoxusrs.net file, but having never seen this before I'd like to be sure.

If the 'app' is continually adding password, and never removing password, I think you wind up with this.
